Data entry of orders into the system.
Communicating with customers on order matters.
Attending to customer requests and enquiries.
Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Providing general administrative support to maintain good customer relations.
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Careful and accurate in data entry.
Able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Basic computer knowledge (Google Sheet, email, WhatsApp).
Able to start work immediately

Office-based
Report to office daily
