Role Overview
Plans order drop and delivery schedule to meet sales objective of customers/channel
Manages customer orders from generation to fulfillment at POD level
Resolves order gaps to facilitate order cash flow
Oversees reverse logistics process of customer/channel
Enables process and system improvement between UNILAB and the customer
Required Qualifications
Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or Communications
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
With one (1) to two (2) years of work experience in related fields such as customer service, supply chain and logistics, and/or order management
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Working proficiency in SAP O2C module is preferred but not required
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
