Order Management Executive (shipping)

Job Description

The Role:



Order processing and accuracy - Process and track customer orders, verify product availability, and maintain accurate records in the order management system. Logistics coordination - Coordinate shipping and delivery schedules with the logistics team and manage the flow of shipments from packaging to dispatch. Document management - Prepare and manage all necessary shipping documents, such as bills of lading, shipping notices, and customs declarations. Issue resolution - Act as the point of contact for order-related issues, including delayed or damaged shipments, customer complaints, and billing inquiries. Cross-functional collaboration - Work with other departments, such as sales, customer service, and purchasing, to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience. Compliance and reporting - Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and safety procedures. Generate reports on order volume, performance, and issues.



What Do You Need to Have?



Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain or related field. 1-2 years of experience in shipping order management, shipping coordination or logistics support role. He/she with non-tertiary education but possesses order management shipping experience is welcome to apply. Strong understanding of shipping processes, documentation, and compliance. Excellent organizational and communication skills. * Ability to handle multiple shipments and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
