Responsibilities:
Manage customer inquiries and prepare related quotations and documentation.
Process purchase orders and maintain accurate records.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and smooth operations.
Work with external partners to resolve issues and maintain strong relationships.
Monitor and update pricing information to support competitiveness.
Assist in maintaining and organizing client records and reports.
Requirements:
Nitec/Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management / Engineering
At least 2 years of relevant experience in marine industry
Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
