Order Management & Sales Coordinator

- up to $3,880/month
Location: Promenade
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9AM-6PM
Salary: Basic up to $3,700 + $180 allowance + Variable Bonuses
Responsibilities:
- Being the main point of contact with the customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Order processing through ERP system
- Understanding market situations and potential demand
- Quarterly sales forecast
- Promote company\'s products and attend to any enquiries on order status
- 1-2 years of experience in order management and after sales service (preferably in Automotive Industry)
- Familiar with logistics terminologies and incoterms (FOB, CFR, CIF etc.)
