Handle order fulfilment process (from customer PO handling to Supplier PO issuing till shipment arrangement).
Collate outstanding Order Report.
Inform clients and sales teams of unforeseen delays or problems.
Attend to customers\' complaints and provide after-sales support.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
Note:
Location: Jurong East
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
Minimum 2-3 years of order processing/ customer service/ supply chain coordination or related field.
