ORDER PURCHASE SPECIALIST ($2.4K / 5Days / TRANS Provided) - EEYH

  • \xc2\xb7 Monday-Friday
  • \xc2\xb7 8am-5.45pm
  • \xc2\xb7 $1800 - $2400
  • \xc2\xb7 Location: Jurong East (company transport at CCK , lakeside MRT)
  • \xc2\xb7 AWS + VB
Jobscope : * Ensure timely processing of Goods Receipts/Issue into SAP in accordance to respective project KPI.
  • Maintain stock accuracy through strict observation of SOP for GR/GI process and follow through until closure of each GR/GI.
  • Maintain a tidy filing system of all operational documentation for future reference, audits or checks.
  • Assist Executive in resolving any daily operational issues with ops and customers.
  • Prepare monthly billing data and submit to finance each monthly before closing.
  • Prepare operational reporting for executive such as KPI report, space utilization report etc.
  • Perform any other duties as required by company.
Job Requirements :
  • PC Literate - in Excel & Word, knowledge of SAP/ WMS preferred.
  • Min 2 years\' experience in supply chain and/or related industry preferred
