What you will be working on:

  • Drive organisational development efforts to build CPF Board\'s organisational capabilities. This includes the following: o Diagnose, design, develop, and deliver effective interventions relating to people-practices at organisation and project level. o Develop and implement change management plans to ensure projects are well-supported and help staff adapt. This includes producing related contents and materials. o Work with, and support internal stakeholders to fulfil their role, including to advise, coach, facilitate conversations and train in organisational development and change management activities. o Besides acting as a centre of excellence to drive organisational development and change management activities at organisation and project level, to also drive efforts to build change management internal capabilities at business units and groups.
What we are looking for:
  • At least 6 years of work experience in organisation development, change management, or related roles. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in at least one change management methodology, such as PROSCI, with a proven track record in executing successful change management projects. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in diagnosing, designing, developing, and delivering effective interventions related to people practices at both organisational and project levels. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in training design, conducting stand-up training, and facilitation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in developing and implementing comprehensive change management plans to ensure strong project support and facilitate staff adaptation, including content and material production. \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrates strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with effective written and presentation communication skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to lead change management capabilities across different business units and groups. \xe2\x80\xa2 Exhibits strong teamwork, proactivity, drive, and self-directed work approach. \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiarity with the public sector is advantageous. The successful candidate will hold the corporate title of Manager/Senior Manager/Assistant Director, with seniority based on individual work experiences.
