Anchored in our values of Passion for Sport, Strength through Teamwork and Care for People, we believe in working and playing, not just as a team, but as a family.What you will be working on:In this role, you will be part of a transformation team to design, strategize and implement interventions to promote the desired organisational culture, and provide consultancy support to business units in their engagement, alignment, change management, and related transformation needs. You will need to work both collaboratively and independently to seek out insights about the organisation and its people, build good networks internally and externally. Specifically, you will have a chance to work as a team to: 1. Design and drive business transformation strategy and plans. 2. Engage internal leadership and stakeholders at all levels to deliver leadership and organisational development initiatives. 3. Plan, develop and execute sharing sessions, townhalls, seminars and interventions to harness and address organisations\' needs and priorities. 4. Design, develop and implement a internal communications and engagement plan to build desired organisation culture and instil a common mission. Including the design and development of collaterals e.g. EDMs, posters etc. 5. Collect data and deepen organisational health analytics. 6. Design and implement broad-based interventions related to engagement and change management. 7. Support specific interventions that Groups/Cross-Groups/Divisions might require such as design \xe2\x80\x9calignment/visioning\xe2\x80\x9d workshops to promote coordination in teams/cross-teams. 8. Together with internal stakeholders, manage external partners, vendors, consultants and/or trainers to ensure deliverables and timelines are met. 9. Provide secretariat support at management meetings e.g. minute taking, preparing presentations etc.What we are looking for:We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active. In addition, an ideal candidate should possess the following: \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 3 years or more of working experience in areas of organizational development, change management, employee engagement, culture building, strategy alignment, group/team development, organisational learning, design thinking etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Tertiary qualification in any discipline related discipline in organizational behaviour, and psychology will be an advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to design and conduct interventions at different levels of the system, e.g. facilitating small group conversations, engaging senior leadership teams, and delivering large-group sessions \xe2\x80\xa2 Having change management, organisation development (or related) certifications, and a working knowledge of data and analytics, will be an advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 A good sense of self, excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with people across all levels of the hierarchy. \xe2\x80\xa2 Team player, self-motivated with a positive attitude. \xe2\x80\xa2 A strong interest to deepen your craft and practice in Organisation Development \xe2\x80\xa2 Willingness and perseverance to perform daily tasks. The level of offer will commensurate with applicants\' experience and track records.
