Job Description


What the role is:As an Organisational Psychologist within the HR Strategy and Leadership Division, you will play a crucial role in advancing the organisation's human capital strategies. Your responsibilities will involve close collaboration with internal teams, external consultants, and fellow psychologists to design and implement applied psychology and organisation development projects. These projects will encompass a range of areas, including leadership development, organisation development, employee engagement, and mental well-beingWhat you will be working on:

  • Design and implement organisation-wide surveys to assess and improve organisational functioning, employee engagement, and workplace effectiveness xe2x80xa2 Conduct individual feedback assessments for leaders, and identify key developmental areas to enhance their effectiveness at both individual and organisational levels xe2x80xa2 Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop, implement, and evaluate leadership development, organisation development and employee engagement initiatives xe2x80xa2 Design and deliver targeted training sessions and workshops to support mental well-being and organisational growth xe2x80xa2 Engage with stakeholders to facilitate change management efforts and drive continuous improvement
What we are looking for:
  • Proficiency in data analysis, including statistical analysis using SPSS or similar tools xe2x80xa2 Interest in data visualisation and analytics tools xe2x80xa2 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills xe2x80xa2 Excellent writing, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills xe2x80xa2 A self-driven and adaptable individual who thrives both independently and as part of a team, with a passion for continuous learning xe2x80xa2 Willingness and sense of purpose to serve in the Singapore Public Service xe2x80xa2 A degree in Psychology In general, applicants can expect to hear from us within 3 weeks of the close of the application window.
