Job Description
Job Responsibilities: * Fixed Asset Verification exercise (FAV):
- Update FAV status in the system for completion.
- Monitor the discrepancy report submitted by Business Unit
- Register the discrepancy request in FAV control register.
- Update the discrepancy in Fixed Asset System
- Assist to forward completion email to verifier.
- Fixed Asset Insurance
- Assist to prepare computation of sum insured.
- BAU update - Transfer and Disposal
- Assist to route cases to GTS Team on computer items
- Assist to email requestor to arrange physical disposal
- Assist to update transfer request
- Assist in any other adhoc duties as assigned
- Up to $3,000
- Immed till 09 Oct 2023
- Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm
- Tampines
- Miimum Diploma with relevant work experience
