Job description

Key Responsibilities
  • Engagement Validations
  • Review contracting terms
  • Validate engagements raised by Executive Assistant/Project Management Office in PSA system
  • Work closely with Executive Assistant/Project Management Office and Revenue COE to provide timely resolution on complex engagements
  • Update engagements changes based on Finance Change Request (ie. FCR) raise by Executive Assistant/Project Management Office
  • Customers\' Invoicing
  • Release Order
  • Release billing block
  • Generate Invoice and Credit Note
  • Raise Manual Invoice
  • Generate Expense Memo and update description based on receipt information
  • Send invoice to Executive Assistant/Project Management Office/Partners for review prior to sending out to clients
  • Distributes E-invoices to clients
  • Review Billing Due List
  • Cash Application
  • Perform daily check of HSBC incoming funds
  • Offset customer receipts against invoices in SAP system
  • Month End Activities
  • Ensure all validations are completed for month end close
  • Ensure month end checklists are completed
  • Inform Revenue COE on closing activities not completed on time
  • Accounting and Control
  • Ensure overall OTC processing complies with SOX, company policies and audit requirement
  • Support external and internal audit query
  • Mailbox
  • Monitor and response to queries send to the mailbox
  • Stakeholders Management
  • Work closely and collaborate with Countries & APAC Regional teams on revenue recognition rules and process
  • Process Improvements and Standardization
  • Standardize and align OTC process to the global process
  • Proactively engagement in continuous improvement initiatives for OTC process
Requirements/Experience
  • Minimum Degree with at least 3 years of experience in Order to Cash process, exposure in revenue recognition preferred
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills
  • Working knowledge of SAP preferred
  • Proficient in the use of Word, Excel, and PDF
  • Effective communication skills in English is essential, working knowledge of other Asian languages, especially Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Bahasa will be advantageous.
  • Prior experience working in Shared Services environment will be preferred
