Product focus: FX derivatives including forwards, NDFs, Options, TARFs etc.
Overall Responsibilities
Key responsibilities:
Grow the client franchise by prospecting and onboarding suitable clients for OTC hedging.
Responsible for co-ordinating the KYC, credit approval and legal paperwork
Pricing and deal execution
Attend conferences and relevant networking events to expand client portfolio.
Help in any new business initiatives and product rollouts.
May need to travel overseas depending on client coverage
Comply with all applicable regulatory and internal policies and procedures.
The Company may require you to carry out other duties from time to time
Competencies, Skills and Experience
3-5 years of direct sales experience in a derivative sales role with an existing client book
Understanding of derivative products
Familiarity with the onboarding / credit approval process
Good attitude and self-starter
Strategic collaborator with insight and agility, able to anticipate future challenges, ensuring operational effectiveness
Experience working in a regulated environment and knowledge of the risk and compliance requirements associated with this.
