We are looking for a senior leader within the Controlling field, to join our Region APAC Team based in Singapore. As Regional Sales Controller you will play a key role in the organization, enabling the business to grow through investment strategy and operational expertise. You drive and deliver on sales/controlling goals and are constantly looking for possibilities to develop the business and your teams. In partnership with the Regional Sales Manager, you are responsible for the overall customer experience as well as the Sales, Profit and Operations in all touchpoints. Based in Singapore, you would set the Controlling strategy across the region consisting of Greater China, South Korea and South East Asia. Your Responsibilities: Lead the sales controllers to contribute to the shopping experience development in all channels, securing inspiring touch points for our customers. Budgeting, planning & forecasting of Omni Sales and Commercial & Operational KPI's. Commercial & sales analysis: methods, analysis, reports, business cases & actions. Secure strategic & operational goals together with the Regional Sales Manager. Ensure the overall planning from a controlling perspective Being a strong formal and informal leader, important stakeholder in all decision making in the region. Optimize / constantly improve the current controlling methods and ways of working. Ensuring the completion of various administrative tasks. Qualifications What you will need to succeed: You have a background that provides you with a thorough and holistic understanding of the retail business. You have extensive controlling experience, from performing and taking actions on business analysis, with a strong track record of achieving business results With your solid leadership experience, a firm customer centric mindset and strong strategic abilities, you can easily see the bigger picture, set the right priorities for yourself and lead others to do so too. Ability to follow up, question decisions, and provide feedback in a constructive way with all levels of management. You are team player contributing to a learning culture where ideas, innovations and constant feedback is encouraged. You are fluent in English with strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to travel in the Region.
