They are continuously expanding their services, and need experienced Healthcare BPO associates to be part of their team!The Outbound Customer Advocate acts as a liaison between the provider and adjuster/case manager, providing updates to the client on Workers' Compensation patients during physical medicine treatment. The role entails tracking patient progress from the Initial Evaluation to closure by obtaining relevant case updates from providers, maintaining the integrity of the case file and related documents, and communicating professionally and effectively with the customer.PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
