: 1) Liaise with the airlines, overseas ground tours and transportation operators for travel arrangement for group, MICE & FITs 2) Familiar with airline booking system Galileo, handle travel operations including reservations of tours & hotels, air ticketing, travel coordination and customer support 3) Provide assistance on pre and post departure requirements 4) Provide travel information and assist with visa applications 5) Ensure travel documents are processed accurately 6) Any other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned by the Company from time to time 7) Participate in travel fairs/roadshows Criteria: 1) Minimum GCE \xe2\x80\x98O\xe2\x80\x99 Level and preferably Diploma in Tourism from a recognized Polytechnic 2) Preferably minimally 1 year of working experience in Outbound Operations 3) Meticulous administrative and operational skills 4) A proactive team player who is able to work in a fast-paced environment 5) Limited working passes, prefer locals or PR 6) Required to communicate in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) Job Type: Full-time Salary: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month Benefits:
