Outbound Operations Executive
Job Description
: 1) Liaise with the airlines, overseas ground tours and transportation operators for travel arrangement for group, MICE & FITs2) Handle travel operations including reservations of tours & hotels, air ticketing, travel coordination and customer support3) Provide assistance on pre and post departure requirements4) Provide travel information and assist with visa applications5) Ensure travel documents are processed accurately6) Any other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned by the Company from time to timeCriteria: 1) Minimum GCE 'O' Level and preferably Diploma in Tourism from a recognized Polytechnic2) Preferably minimally 1 year of working experience in Outbound Operations3) Meticulous administrative and operational skills4) A proactive team player who is able to work in a fast-paced environment
