Job Description
We're Hiring: Outdoor Sales Executive
Location: Tai Seng
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Salary Package:
Basic Salary: $2,500 - $4,000 (depending on experience)
Attractive Commission Scheme
13th Month Bonus + AWS
3-Month Probation (Salary increment upon confirmation based on performance)
Job Responsibilities:
Be part of the driving force behind the company's revenue growth
Daily lead sourcing and cold calling potential clients
Identify client needs, handle objections, and close deals
Build and maintain long-term, sustainable client relationships
Stay informed of market trends, competitors' products, pricing, and sales strategies
Identify new market opportunities and industry shifts
Manage product profitability (sales and inventory control)
Strong business acumen and industry insight
Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned
? Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales or Marketing (preferably in Food Supply)
F&B industry experience is a must (Sales experience not mandatory)
Fluent in English, Mandarin, and dialects (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients)
