DESIGNATION : Outlet Executive - 296 Bukit Batok

RESPONSIBILITIES
You are to assist the Outlet Manager/ Assistant Outlet Manager in all aspects of managing the total operations of the food court. You will be responsible to deliver positive customer interactions including involvement in customer service, recovery work and compliant management. Reporting level:

  • Reporting to Outlet Manager and/or Assistant Outlet Manager
Responsibility: Operational
  • Providing support to Outlet Manager/ Assistant Outlet Manager in ensuring the operations team work according to company SOPs and operational work flows.
  • Supervise and provide guidance to licensees and cleaning contractors in achieving hygiene and housekeeping excellence according to NEA requirements.
  • Be attentive to the maintenance and cleanliness of common areas.
  • Perform daily visual checks on surroundings for any irregularities, non-compliances, issues that need to be rectified/ resolved.
  • Actively perform checks on stalls to ensure there is no unauthorised increased of food prices within the outlet.
  • Conduct irregular float checks on stalls’ cash registers against readings from Point of Sales (POS).
  • Perform customer recovery pertaining to customers’/ public’s comments and feedbacks.
  • Effectively communicate customers’/ public’s comments, feedbacks and incidents to relevant departments within duly shift hours.
  • Perform daily headcount check on contract cleaners according to the contract agreements.
Administration
  • Provide administration support to Outlet Manager/ Assistant Outlet Manager in reports writings.
  • Responsible to ensure licensees’ daily sales received, are correct and being bank in.
  • Ensure cash handling procedure is comply at all times.


QUALIFICATIONS
  • GCE ‘O’ level or WSQ certification in F&B Operations; or
  • Minimum 1 year experience in F&B retailing.
  • Resourceful and ability to work under pressure.
  • A team player and able to work independently.
  • PC proficiency in MS Words, Excel and Powerpoint.


OTHER INFORMATION
  • 6 days work week including weekend and public holidays
  • Rotating Shift, 8 hours per shift
