Our company is currently looking for an excellent Outlet Manager to join our latest outlet in Institution Catering. We are food and service focused, offering breakfast, lunch, tea breaks and catering and many others.

The candidate will report to and work closely with the Area Manager to strengthen the operations and services level of the outlet crew. Our mission is to provide food and services and values that exceed customers\' expectation.

Expected Job Responsibilities

• Oversee day to day outlet operations
• Achieve the outlet\'s KPI
• Ensure the adherence of outlet\xe2\x80\x99s standards, service benchmarks and company rules and regulation
• Ensure high quality of customer service consistently
• Maintain the company\xe2\x80\x99s image from staff to cleanliness of premise
• Manage and maintain operational records including inventory, sales and staff as well as monitoring, evaluating sales performance
• Understand our products so as to be able to advise customers
• Respond and handle customer complaints
• Lead, train and guide team to provide excellent outlet services
• Set and update service SOP\xe2\x80\x99s
• Contribute ideas and assist our marketing department with A&P

• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
• Minimum 2 years experience in similar capacity
• Possess good computer skills (excel, pp, email etc.)
• Good work ethics, positive attitude and pleasant personality
• High quality standards in customer service, health, hygiene, food and beverage
• Exceptional leadership skills
• 6 days work week, 8am to 6pm
