SALES MANAGER, CORPORATE CATERING

SaladStop! was founded in 2009 with the aim of bringing a new dimension to salads and a new approach to fast food. We currently operate in Singapore, Philippines, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Spain, Korea and Vietnam. As we expand our footprint in the region, we remain committed to ending ‘pre-made culture’ and ensuring a more conscious way of eating. We keep sustainability at the forefront of operations, by reducing the amount of plastic and packaging that is used to store, package, deliver and serve our food. Objective: To achieve sales objectives for our corporate catering channel through successful implementation of sales strategies and plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive corporate catering sales and profit growth in the Singapore market
  • Educate corporate customers on sustainable catering, plant-based diets and choosing eco-friendly packaging
  • Proactive sourcing for new business developments opportunities, acquire new corporate clients.
  • Manage existing business accounts through effective account servicing techniques.
  • Identify potential customers, seek to build and develop long-term business relationship.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from leads generation to sales prospecting, meeting new contacts, preparing sales proposal and presentations, closing sales.
  • Meet the targets as set by the company.
  • Recommend appropriate measures to improve overall channel effectiveness.
  • Source for eco-friendly and sustainable packaging for catering
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and good interpersonal skills.
  • Formally trained in selling, negotiation and presentation.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin language.
  • Highly motivated individual, energetic, enthusiastic with a positive attitude.
  • Self-confident and self-starter.
  • Good organiser, able to plan and prioritise well.
  • Change and results orientated.
  • Have strong interest in sustainability
