Operations Management

:Supervise daily operations to ensure efficiency, coordinate staff workloads, and enforce established policies and procedures.

Staff Management

:Recruit, train, and motivate outlet staff, conduct performance appraisals, and organize ongoing training sessions to improve service quality and operational skills.

Customer Service

:Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction by monitoring service quality, addressing customer complaints professionally, and implementing strategies to improve the customer experience. *

Compliance & Safety

:Ensure the outlet facility is clean and safe and that all operations comply with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
