We are expanding and looking for music enthusiasts to join us: Outlet Manager (Singapore) Operates in a fast-paced, diverse and customer-centric environment, the Outlet Manager is responsible for cascading and operationalising the Management\xe2\x80\x99s directives to the outlets. The Outlet Manager oversees the end-to-end operation of the outlet. He/she is responsible for driving the outlet\xe2\x80\x99s sales performance and service performance. He/she also engage in innovation and productivity initiatives for the outlet and oversees the order fulfilment processes for customer in the outlet. Duties and Responsibilities 1. Achieve Sales \xc2\xb7 Manage outlet\xe2\x80\x99s sales performance, including sales of musical instrument and courses \xc2\xb7 Products demonstration and prospecting \xc2\xb7 Involve in events and roadshow 2. Deliver Operation Excellence \xc2\xb7 Manage retail administration \xc2\xb7 Comply with all standard operation procedures (SOPs) to ensure operation efficiency and effectiveness \xc2\xb7 Maintain accurate and up-to-date outlet\xe2\x80\x99s records on daily basis 3. Deliver Service Excellence \xc2\xb7 Manage in-store service performance \xc2\xb7 Manage resources to ensure smooth running of outlet operation \xc2\xb7 Optimise workforce and manage partnership for service excellence 4. Outlet Developments \xc2\xb7 Online digital presence marketing, Fb advertisement, etc. 5.
