Lead day-to-day outlet operations to deliver great guest experience, sales and compliance. You'll supervise the floor, coach the team and coordinate back/front-of-house tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise FOH/BOH teams during shifts; uphold service, speed and quality standards
Handle guest enquiries/feedback; execute service recovery to maintain high CSAT
Manage opening/closing, POS accuracy, cash/voids/discount controls
Plan rosters, brief teams, assign stations; train and coach new joiners
Maintain food safety & hygiene (SOPs, temperature logs, cleaning schedules)
Coordinate inventory, ordering and receiving; minimise waste and variances
Track sales, labour and other KPIs; prepare simple daily/weekly reports
Liaise with HQ/central kitchen on promos, audits and compliance
Requirements
2+ years
supervisory experience in F&B/retail operations (Singapore outlet experience is an advantage)
Strong leadership, floor control and problem-solving skills
Proficient in
English
for operations, safety and customer communication
Other languages are a plus to serve diverse customers (not a requirement)* Comfortable with shift work, weekends/public holidays and peak hours
Basic POS/Excel skills; Food Safety/Hygiene certification is a plus (or willing to obtain)
