Daily operations including opening and closing procedures, customer order taking, planning of staff stations, inventory management, ordering of supplies and stocking procedures- Drive outlet sales to meet revenue and profitability targets as defied by the management- Manage customer service issues and service recovery, comments and feedback in a timely and appropriate manner- Manage and lead the outlet team in all aspects of the daily operations- Create work schedules for the outlet, for full-time and part-time staff- Training of new staff, both full-time and part time- Defining and enforcing effective SOPs, quality and safety controls and standards- preparing reporting, cash count, stock management, inventory checking- participating in promotional events and activities- Maintaining a fun atmosphere for staff and patrons- Ensure compliance to food safety and hygiene standards
