We are looking for an
Outlet Supervisor
--an evolved leadership role built on the foundation of our Head Barista position. This role is designed for someone ready to step up beyond the bar, take ownership of the outlet, and lead both front-of-house and back-of-house teams, while maintaining the highest standards in coffee, service, and operations.
About the Role
As an
Outlet Supervisor
, you are the bridge between coffee excellence, people leadership, and business performance. You will be responsible for:
Leading daily outlet operations with confidence and clarity
Upholding and elevating specialty coffee standards
Driving service excellence and customer experience
Bringing baristas, service crew, and kitchen teams together under one aligned leadership
Driving the business objectives of the outlet by working closely with the Retail Management Team, translating company strategies into on-the-ground execution
Who We're Looking For
The ideal candidate:
Has at least 2 years of proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role, with a clear track record of results
Is a strong specialty coffee professional with solid bar experience
Demonstrates the ability to lead, coach, and develop teams effectively
Is customer-centric, detail-oriented, and operationally disciplined
Shows commercial awareness and understands how daily decisions impact outlet performance
Is adaptable, resilient, and comfortable navigating change in a dynamic environment
Key Responsibilities & Expectations
Extensive hands-on experience as a barista in specialty coffee
Passionate, proactive, and confident in engaging customers
Proven ability to manage and motivate teams across FOH and BOH
Sound understanding of retail and basic business fundamentals
Ability to support and drive outlet-level business targets (sales, cost control, service KPIs) in collaboration with the Retail Management Team
Ability to manage retail operations from planning through execution
Strong multitasking, follow-through, and attention to detail
High integrity and professionalism, including handling confidential matters
Progressive career mindset with a desire to learn, grow, and lead
