Job Description
- Located at Changi Cargo Complex
- Salary up to $3200.00 per month (Basic)
- Permanent / 5-Day Workweek / Office Hours
- Handle freight queries (sea and air) from partners and customers alike
- Monitor shipment status until completion
- Preparations of reports and billing overviews
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Minimum \'O\' Levels with at least 1 year of experience in the Freight Forwarding industry
- Fluent in Mandarin as this role will require handling China accounts
- Good communication skills
