My client is a International property agency that focuses on a one stop solution for property investors and owners. UK focused on sales and lettings.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
Identify, show, and sell residential properties to clients in accordance with their requirements.
Negotiate the terms and conditions of sales and rental agreements to ensure that both parties are satisfied.
Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
Collaborate with other real estate agents, brokers, and vendors to provide a seamless and efficient experience for clients.
Develop and maintain a network of potential customers, including attending networking events, meeting with potential clients, and following up on leads.
Keep up-to-date with real estate market trends and changes in legal requirements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions, including contracts, leases, and agreements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in business, real estate, or a related field.
CEA License is required
At least 2-3 years of experience in residential real estate sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of the UK real estate market, including market trends and legal requirements.
Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in Mandarin being an advantage.
