Job Description


Purpose

  • Enable the bank to optimise the evaluation and down select process
  • Leadership in negotiation with bidders
  • Provide thought leadership with bid templates to ensure the bank provides and collects the right data for decision making
  • Provide coaching to the bank\xe2\x80\x99s team to optimise bidder discussions and evaluation
  • Accountable for ensuring bidder engagement is integrated, inclusive and timely during the Request for Proposal, Evaluation, Selection and Transition stages of the programme.
  • Accountable for ensuring alignment with proposed delivery model ensuring project critical success factors are realised for the bank.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the alignment of the project programme, objectives and outcomes across all specialisms in partnership with the Accountable Executive.
  • Add value at all levels through, programme management, thought leadership and experience.
  • Independent facilitator at key stage gate workshops between bidders and the bank.
  • Provide direction and guidance to the Accountable Executive to ensure successful delivery and integration of activities across all specialist disciplines.
  • Provide leadership and direction during key stage-gates encompassing PSC, SME workshops, down selection, transition initiation and briefing sessions with bidders as required.
  • Ensure there is alignment and clarity for the financial baselines from which vendor bid proposals can be evaluated with clarity.
  • Identify areas of friction and misalignment between SME\xe2\x80\x99s and bidders. Propose solutions, find consensus and address concerns of the project team members. Act as the independent point of escalation where consensus cannot be reached.
  • Determine and manage risks to the project programme in conjunction with the Accountable Executive.
  • Closely work with Accountable Executive to provide support/guidance in driving programme objectives and outcomes.
  • Provide steerage on stakeholder communication plan.
Knowledge and skills:
  • Must have 10+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Corporate Real Estate
  • Must have expert understanding of the Asia supply chain related to Corporate Real Estate
  • Ability to influence the right outcomes by altering ingrained behaviours, ways of working and change.
  • Excellent people skills, communication, team building, partnering techniques and mentoring skills are required.
  • Experienced project manager comfortable delivering change within a structured programme.
  • Strong leadership through role modelling the key attributes of the Property strategy and the values of the bank.
  • Track record of managing initiatives which deliver commercial and operational success through supply partnerships.
  • Intimate knowledge of output based, multi-service contracts.
  • Experience of procurement methods and contractual terms and conditions relating to relevant partnerships/services.
  • Knowledge and experience of performance management of partnerships and an ability to design and introduce appropriate solutions where required.
