Job Description

We are currently partnered with a well-established enterprise who are looking to hire a driven and dyanmic individual to be part of their digital transformation team. In this role, you will drive enterprise-wide initiatives in spend management and procurement process optimization, and lead a cross-functional team to implement system enhancements, streamline workflows, and deliver scalable, user-centric solutions. This role will sit as a bridge between procurement and technology.

Responsibilities:

Drive operational improvements by critically assessing current business processes, systems, and workflows to identify opportunities for simplification and efficiency. Shape strategic initiatives by designing forward-looking solutions that address organizational challenges, enhance compliance, and improve service delivery. Develop and lead the execution of transformation roadmaps that align technology and process enhancements with evolving business goals. Oversee end-to-end implementation of projects, ensuring stakeholder alignment, effective communication, and delivery within time and budget constraints. Utilize data and digital tools to design scalable solutions, embed process improvements, and maintain strong governance and risk compliance.

Requirements:

Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Supply Chain and /or IT Minimum 12 years of professional experience, with at least 6 years leading initiatives in project delivery, organizational change, and enterprise systems oversight. Deep functional knowledge of finance and procurement systems and processes Skilled in analyzing and redesigning processes to enhance efficiency and eliminate complexity. Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
