Position: Packer (Team Lead) The company is currently looking for a Packer (Team Lead), reporting directly to the Finance Manager, the successful candidate will be joining a well-regarded and stable team in a fast-growing business. The Team Lead shall lead a team of 3 packers to meet daily packing orders and specifications. Responsibilities: - Plan, execute and record production orders using specified forms. - Supervise the team in ensuring good GMP and food safety standards are maintained at all times. - Ensure HACCP, SFA, work place safety requirements are implemented at all times. - Perform quality control inspections on finished goods. - Lead and motivate the team towards department excellence. - Requirements: - At least 2 years of relevant working experience in the related field. - Experience in people management and leadership skills. - Ability to lead and motivate team members. - Strong work ethics and hands-on approach. - Good inventory management and record-keeping skills. - Only Singaporeans need apply.
