FSA Holdings Pte Ltd seeks an experienced Padel & Tennis Coach to deliver high-quality coaching services to members of all ages and skill levels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in padel and tennis instruction, with a focus on developing fundamental techniques, match strategy, and sportsmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver structured tennis and padel lessons for children, adults, and groups of varying skill levels.
Adapt coaching methods to suit individual learning needs and sport-specific demands.
Teach fundamental techniques, match strategy, and sportsmanship.
Provide player feedback and monitor progress.
Programme & Event Support:
Assist with the planning and delivery of camps, social play sessions, leagues, and tournaments.
Promote both sports within the community to drive participation and engagement.
Support the development of performance players in both tennis and padel.
Requirements:
Tennis Coaching Qualification: Minimum ITF Level 1 or equivalent.
Padel Coaching Qualification: Certification from a recognized body (e.g. FIP, PadelMBA), or demonstrable experience in padel instruction.
Past touring pro experience will be advantageous.
Valid Standard First Aid with CPR/AED.
Proven coaching experience with children and adults.
Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
* Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and during club events.
