We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled tennis coach to join our team.





The role is a mobile coaching post whereby you travel to clients condos to conduct tennis lessons. Candidate must have coaching experience, great communication skills and a passion for helping players of all levels improve in a friendly and supportive environment.







Responsibilities include:





Providing lessons (private and group lessons) for clients of all ages and skill levels, organising tennis clinics (group classes), and managing tennis related activities for clients at their condos or at public tennis facilities


Help support the team with tennis events


Maintain your company admin such as lesson log book, company booking calendar


Actively build your client database through networking and referrals


Coordinate scheduling and manage court reservations for public courts as needed


Communicate professionally with your clients building good rapport and long term commitment


Qualifications:





Proven experience as a tennis coach/instructor


Professional certification from a recognised tennis coaching organisation. USPTA/PTR/ITF/LTA or similar


Excellent communication skills


Friendly, patient and engaging personality suitable for a mobile coach entering private clients premisis.




Salary: $3000 - $6000


Performance commission bonus available too
