Job Description

Responsibilities:



Plan, execute, and optimize

paid media campaigns

across channels

(Facebook, Google, TikTok, Twitter/X, programmatic, etc.)

to

drive user acquisition and growth

. Manage

budgets, bids,

and campaign performance to

maximize ROI

and meet KPIs. Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Analytics teams to align paid media with overall growth strategies. Analyze campaign data, generate insights, and provide actionable recommendations for performance improvement. Test creative concepts, ad copies, and targeting strategies to continually improve engagement and conversion rates.

Requirements:



Proven experience managing paid media campaigns in B2C digital products, preferably in Web3, fintech, or crypto space. Strong analytical skills and familiarity with paid media tools

(Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, DV360, etc.)

. Experience

optimizing campaigns

for

user acquisition, retention, and LTV

. Creative mindset with ability to collaborate on ad creative and messaging. * Fluent in English; other regional languages a plus.
