WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Qualified to practice law in Vietnam 3-5 years' experience working in a law firm or consultancy firm in an ASEAN country with a M&A and infrastructure focus Superior academic credentials having studied in Korea, and excellent written and oral communication skills Have had some exposures to :
(a) cross-border subscription/share purchase agreements;


(b) cross-border private placement and bond issuances; and


(c) Investors from Japan, Korea and USA


Be a self-starter who possesses the ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent English drafting skills Fluent in Vietnamese (both written and oral) Speak Korean (limited working proficiency) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. A proactive and positive approach to work.

Responsibilities:

Provide support to Vietnamese clients or investors into Vietnam in a range of practice areas, including shipping & commodities trading, asset financing, banking and project financing transactions. Conduct legal research and analysis to support the development of legal strategies and solutions for clients. Attend meetings with clients and assist with negotiations, mediation, and dispute resolution. * Keep up-to-date with legal developments in relevant areas of law.
