Description

Our client is a global leading consulting firm. As the company eyes growth in the robust Asia-Pacific market, they are looking for a Paralegal to join their APAC regional team. This role will be based in their Hong Kong office.


Reporting to the Managing Counsel, you will support a team of seasoned attorneys based in offices across the region in various legal-centric task, including drafting and reviewing of contracts and RFPs, maintaining the contract templates database, assisting on corporate transactions and dispute resolution matters, if any. You will play an important role in working with local compliance team and regulators on organizational and governance matters.

Qualifications
You possess a Bachelor's Degree in Law with at least 3 years of relevant experience in a paralegal/ legal support function. Prior in-house experience in paralegal/ contracts management function will be highly regarded. A self-motivated individual with strong prioritisation skills, you have a proven track record in meeting challenging deadlines and managing global stakeholders across all levels and functions.
