:
Responsibilities
\xc2\xb7 Review all documents for ship finance transactions including loan and security documents
\xc2\xb7 Knowledge on vessel sales and purchases, new financing and loan draw downs
\xc2\xb7 Prepare vessel documentation, insurances and compliance matters
\xc2\xb7 Develop good working relationship with bankers, law firms and ship registries
\xc2\xb7 Ensure all documentations are filed per vessel folder
\xc2\xb7 Obtain approvals from managers on transactions fees and expenses and arranging invoice payments
Requirements
\xc2\xb7 Bachelor Degree in any discipline
\xc2\xb7 Minimum 2 years of legal experience
\xc2\xb7 Experience in Sales and Purchase of Vessels Transactions
\xc2\xb7 Team Player
\xc2\xb7 Good knowledge of MS Office
\xc2\xb7 Able to work within stipulated timeframes
