Dentons Rodyk is seeking a Paralegal to assist the Corporate Real Estate Department.

The successful candidate will work closely with lawyers on real estate matters relating to project developments, disposals and acquisitions of real estate assets, due diligence and financing support, leasing, licensing, and work incidental to real estate transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Handling real estate matters, including project development and collective sales, managing workflow and files
• Preparation of reports necessary
• Electronic filing of documents and preparation of legal documents
• Any other matters/projects that the management may require assistance with from time to time

Requirements:

• Good command of written and oral English
• Attention to detail and able to work in a team and multi-task
• Strong analytical and word processing skills
• Ability to work with excel and other software, familiarity with automated documents will be an advantage
• Ability to work well in a fast paced environment and possess strong interpersonal skills
• Candidates with real estate or legal training and/or experience in urban planning background will have an advantage
