Job Description
Our client is seeking to recruit a Paralegal for their growing team.
Location: Central Singapore
Job details:
- Draft and assist to review documentation
- Conduct legal searches and filings
- Involved in assisting in a broad range of financing transactions
- Preparation of legal documents
Requirements:
- Possess a law degree or diploma in an established institute
- Candidates with prior experience in law firms or In-house companies with general finance experience is of an advantage though not essential
- Good communication skills and good team player
- Organized with good understanding of the legal and regulatory requirements
