We are working with a globally recognised law firm to recruit a

Paralegal

to join their

Structured Products team

in Singapore. Known for its innovative approach and deep sector expertise, the firm advises financial institutions on a wide range of transactional & regulatory mandates across various asset classes, including equities, FX, commodities, and interest rates.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate structured securities issuances from start to completion, including liaising directly with clients and internal stakeholders. Track and maintain status updates for active matters. Assists with billing processes and client administrative queries. Support in the firm's knowledge management platform

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's Degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, or another relevant field Good pedigree with excellent communication skills in English, with strong organisational and problem-solving abilities. Strong attention to detail and ability to process complex information accurately. Comfortable working across multiple time zones, particularly with Europe and Asia-based clients. Knowledge and interest in various financial products and instruments are ideal Prior experience in a legal, financial, or regulatory environment is advantageous but not essential.
