Parcel Ambassador at Singpost Regional Ecommerce Logistics Hub (37 Greenwich Dr.)

The Parcel Ambassador (PA) will be responsible for the collection and/or delivery of packages from/to customers in a timely manner while providing excellent customer service.

PA duties will include (but not limited to):

• Collection of parcels from assigned areas
• Sorting and allocation of parcels in warehouse
• Delivery of parcels to recipients in assigned areas
• Providing timely status updates via mobile app

Requirements:

• Possess valid class 3 driving license.
• Required to handle parcels ranging from 10-30kg
• Proficient in using smartphone and in-house APP
• Work hours are Mon-Fri 8am-6pm, Sat 8am-12pm
