Designation: Parent Liaison Officer (Relief position) Hiring Period : November 2022 to April 2023 Working days: 3 days week Working Hours: Flexible Hours Time: $15/ hr RESPONSIBILITIES * Paren Designation: Parent Liaison Officer (Relief position) Hiring Period : November 2022 to April 2023 Working days: 3 days week Working Hours: Flexible Hours Time: $15/ hr RESPONSIBILITIES Parental liaison - Meet and greet parents in the centre Escort prospective parents around the centre's facilities Documenting all queries raised by parents and bringing such to the attention of the Centre Principal and Parent Liaison Manager Any other duties as directed from time to time REQUIREMENTS Sales management experience is desirable Customer service experience is essential in dealing to both existing and prospective parents Experience working in a school environment would be an added advantage Possess a collaborative attitude and work well in a team-orientated work environment Excellent verbal communication skills Results orientated with a hands-on approach
