Our organization is looking for an organized, outgoing Part time Admin Assistant within the Investor Services Process Department.
In this position, you will assist with a variety of clerical and administrative duties. These tasks include assisting the Office Administrator Process Team with invoicing, updating client files, FAQ, data entry churning reports and hardcopy coms. We are looking for an individual who are independent with ability to update accurate data with great confidence and timely manner.
