Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced PART TIME Associate Programme Manager who is an ex-teacher from the Ministry of Education (MOE), with specialization in either English or Maths. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing and overseeing academic content in Maths, Science, and English, tutoring, as well as the recruitment and training of tutors. This role is instrumental in delivering our programmes effectively, ensuring they align with our mission to enrich and transform the educational landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Design innovative and effective academic content in Maths, Science, and English tailored to the needs of our programmes.
Lead and manage tutoring sessions, providing exceptional educational experiences to students.
Recruit, train, and manage a team of tutors, ensuring high-quality teaching standards.
Collaborate closely with CDAC and other stakeholders to ensure programmes are delivered effectively and meet the set objectives.
Continuously evaluate and improve programme content and delivery methods based on feedback and performance data.
Participate in strategic planning and implementation of programme goals and initiatives.
Qualifications
Former MOE teacher with a strong background in either English or Maths.
Proven experience in designing academic content for Maths, Science, and English.
Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in recruiting and training educators.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for education and a commitment to fostering academic growth and excellence.
Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing programme needs.
Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field; Master's degree preferred.
