We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Recruitment Executive to join our team! You will be responsible for identifying, recruiting and hiring talent for our fast growing and high potential team! Responsibilities:
Part-time hours: 15 per week Salary: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour Benefits:
- Develop and implement creative strategies to effectively source and recruit talent
- Identify potential candidates through various methods such as job postings, social media, networking and referrals
- Review resumes and other credentials to assess potential candidates
- Interview potential candidates for fit with the organization\xe2\x80\x99s culture and goal
- Track recruitment progress and provide regular updates to management
- Maintain an up-to-date database of potential candidates
- Monitor industry trends and stay abreast of new talent acquisition methods
