- 5 days work per week

The HR Assistant will support the HR team on day-to-day HR-related initiatives and general admin Roles & Responsibilities Provides HR and administration support as follows:
- Provide support to the Human Resource department in day-to-day operations to align with company business goals and objectives
- Work with site coordinators to manage the general worker’s administration that will include work permits applications, renewals and cancellations as well as worker’s training, certifications, security bonds, etc
- Liaise with 3rd party medical center, and service provider in worker medical administrations.
- Actively involved in the new ERP system
- Support in data entry for certain group levels in the new ERP system and maintain and update records from the database
- Ensure up-to-date manpower headcounts and organization charts
- Coordinate IT-related equipment pertaining to laptop allocation and inventory management
- Any other office administrative matters
- Minimum Diploma qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of working experience
- Knowledge in ERP system data entry preferred
- People-oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft word, Excel and Outlook
- High level of integrity, confidentiality and accountability
- Excellent team spirit
