Responsible to HYTORC Office Manager This person specification is designed to clarify the day-to-day and general responsibilities for the above referenced position. Due to the size and nature of our business the company reserves the right to vary or amend the duties and responsibilities of the post holder at any time according to the needs of the business. Main Duties
  • Provide sales administrative duties and filing
  • Generate sales quotations, process sales orders and delivery orders
  • Issued PO to suppliers and follow-up delivery
  • Handle logistics arrangement with overseas customers
  • Ad-hoc duties as required
  • Handle workshop incoming goods record, service quotes and administrative support to service
