We are looking for a part-time Receptionist / Administrative Assistant who is excited to work in a dynamic, positive and highly motivated team!

Location : 545 Orchard road Singapore 238882, Far East Shopping Centre #15-12

Commencement : From 1 June 2022

Work hours : Monday & Tuesday 18:30-21:00 (2.5hr) Thursday & Friday 18:45 - 20:45 (2hr) Saturday 13:30-18:30 (5hr) Sunday 8:45-14:15 (4hr)

Payment $8-10 per hr

Job scope:

• Manage school’s portal site as well as related CRM duties.
• Communicate with parents/students/potential students through calls, WhatsApp and email.
• Collection of outstanding lesson fees
• Receive and welcome parents and students.
• Introduce and promote our school classes to parents.
• Onboard new students and collection of tuition fees.
• Manage sales and recording of dancewear products.
• Manage students who are waiting in reception for class, ensuring orderly entry/exit to dance studios and behaviour in reception.
• Clean & Disinfecting studios after every class.
• Any ad hoc basis as assigned by superior.

• Service minded with very strong communication skills.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Strong computing knowledge and proficiency in Google drive.
• Detail-oriented & meticulous
• Must love children and be comfortable working around them.
