  • Develop deep understanding of Partners\xe2\x80\x99 priorities and their transformation journeys, and continuously position HPE differentiated solutions to support the Partners\xe2\x80\x99 hybrid and multi cloud journeys.
  • Develop JGTM initiatives aligned to HPE\xe2\x80\x99s and Partners\xe2\x80\x99 priorities with a specialized focus to grow AI, Data and Cloud opportunities.
  • Key focus on acquisition, partner-led pipelines, and wins
  • Drive Partners\xe2\x80\x99 preference towards HPE\xe2\x80\x99s solutions and enable them to posture HPE differentiation and value propositions to their clients.
  • Build mutually beneficial, executive-level relationships with the Partners to grow HPE share of wallet. Influence Partners\xe2\x80\x99 resources (sales, presales, marketing funds etc) to sell HPE solutions across edge to cloud.
  • Acquire competitive Partners through technology evangelism, increased engagement, enablement, competitive displacement, and joint go-to-market initiatives.
  • Be a trusted partner to support their transformation to aaS selling.
  • Build quarterly business plans and regular reviews with top Partners to ensure initiatives are executed timely and goals are met.
Requirements
  • Familiarity with AI, Data and Cloud solutions
  • More than 7 years of sales experience in enterprise IT segment
  • Track record in winning strategic deals, customer acquisition with partners and growing partner revenue
