SALT talent is looking for an experienced Partner Program Manager for a 6 months extendable contract role. You will join a team responsible for identifying and enabling ASPs to drive measurable impact for advertisers, agencies and the ecosystems and economies that these are a part of. You will be responsible for unlocking and driving new sources of growth via best-in-class enablement strategies, activation techniques and knowledge sharing. RESPONSIBILITIES
Establish high standards in partner growth & enablement, allowing best practice knowledge to travel seamlessly to benefit all local teams for all Authorized Sales partners
Ensure data driven decision making, define KPIs, track, analyze and communicate key partner performance metrics and business trends
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to drive research projects on market conditions and the ASP Program\xe2\x80\x99s partners
Monitor ongoing market and geopolitical conditions in markets with partner presence
Manage partner-centric projects and initiatives
Conduct deep-dives into existing regional strategies for developing and accelerating ASP business
Build and manage frameworks, processes, and central documentation of all project communications to maintain operational consistency and alignment across teams
Build strong working relationships with business partners from diverse functions.
Project manage mandated annual market and partner risk reviews and diligence renewal processes and real-time market risk monitoring.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
4-6 years of relevant working experience
PMP Certification
Experience in the Advertising sector or with Media/Advertising clients
Experience scoping and executing research projects with internal and external stakeholders
Demonstrated capacity to communicate complex, large-scale concepts clearly and simply
Good writing, project management and decision-making skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong written and verbal skills in English
Emerging Markets experience preferred
Proficiency in additional business language preferred
